Seth isn't Mediocre, He's Cain with a 5 more physical bulk at the cost of 1spd and 5hp, though he gets a useless point in Res. So he can effectively run a Brave Sword Set, a Wo Dao Set or a Ruby Sword Set.
Definitely not a monster, but not mediocre. he makes Stahl even more pointless, and contests Cain for his Brave set by being able to survive duels more often (given a HP Seal)
