Elemental force for oneshots all the way till lvl 30~, after that jade spirit.

It's best with dual wield classes, but it works with everything. I have dancing steel on my 2nd offhand, the agi scales bad, but elemental force is super strong on low levels. You can solo RFC quite easy with a few enchants, on any class.

This is the third time I've gottan KJ's burning wish as my first lego on alts. My rogue, my warrior, and now my ele shaman. It's not terrible but it feels kinda shit to get a the same neutral legendary all the time

Non spec changing legendaries are the worst. Random on-use, statsticks, random buffs are so boring.
What are some of the legendaries that are good and change up the spec a lot?
Rogue only really has Deceit and even that is like eh
Stuff like the insignia of ravenholdt can go fuck itself
