I'm on mobile and haven't seen anything on this.

Is anyone having terrible mic issues? As in mine works, it works for every other program, it's loud and clear on everything else, but in game it doesn't even work.

I've tried everything. Reinstalling the game, mic, headset, made sure it's plugged in, and not muted.
It's a Logitech G230. Anyone have any suggestions? This game isn't fun if I can't communicate with my team.

Since there was some discussion last thread about Ela's Skorpion, let's take a look at other high ROF SMGs.

SMG-11
32 damage
1270 RPM
16 rounds

Vector
23 damage
1200 RPM
25 rounds

P90
21 damage
970 RPM
50 rounds

Skorpion EVO 3 A1
28 damage
1080 RPM
50 rounds

On paper, it looks like the Skorpion will be a much better P90, although it's very unlikely it will be able to equip an ACOG. The 1080 RPM can also be converted to 18 rounds/sec, which is only two less than the Vector's 20 rounds/sec. This also means that with a 50 round magazine, you can fire for 2.8 seconds before running dry, compared to 1.25 seconds with the Vector. It's also worth noting that this is an actual SMG and not a carbine like Jager's 416C.

FXAA causes blurring of the overall image as it's sledgehammer way of removing jaggies
T-AA is not good either
turn post-processing AA off entirerly would be my suggestion
MSAA is the best way of removing jaggies if you care about them, but it eats FPS like crazy so pick your poison

Works clean for me since the mic update. Console fag here. Buy new mic maybe man or consider it a ubi special treat during op health.

I'm on PC. I've tried almost everything, it's not the mic itself because I've tried other mics and they work fine

Try unplugging any other devices that might be recognized as a mic. Even a PS4 controller can do that or charging phone can cause issues.

Also, make sure your voice audio isn't set to 0 in audio settings. For some reason Siege randomly does that.

Ok so every so often I see people complain that they melee'd a shield but still got melee'd by them and I swear to god some patch notes a longass time ago made it so shield melee continue even if they are hit in the process of it which would be the explanation for the times where people punch the shield aside and also die to a melee

I know that it's been a feature since release that if a shield and a regular defender melee at the same time, the shield will win. It makes sense.
