First time getting to t14-15 maps and dropped a maze of the minotaur. How hard is it compared to regular t14-15? 7k hp, cyclone slayer.

+% spell damage, +% global crit, +% spell crit chance and +#-# flat damage to spells

A mana roll is also good for MoM builds. Bad spell crit daggers are worthless, average ones are 5-10c if low rolls of all the above mods.

Mechanics knowledge is needed, but it is simple once you know it. As long as you can facetank something like uber Izaro with his two-hander and vuln curse, you can kill mino while dodging mechanics.
