I have no god damn ideea why nobody plays Skarner. He has an inline ability that can be used to CC multiple fuckos, shield and movement boost, aoe ability that scales with AD I think , and an ultimate that serves a fucker from the enemy-team on a plater.

I remember we disguised this a couple days back (or at least I think we did). I really have no issue with that. Of course it would be a major change to her kit and style but considering that Jinx's thematics is wrapped around destruction and fast mayhem, her being focused around that would be pretty good. On face value I'd take that trade but now I'd wonder if something like that would alter other parts of Jinx's kit since it all does seem fairly strong together.

There's what said but to go into more detail:
You can bully her plenty, especially early on with Deathfire crows, to the point where she's scared to get in flash range.
Fiddle's crow will also prioritize a target that is being drained, so if you get on her with some minions around, crow+fear+drain does a lot of damage, never mind upping your health as it drains hers.

At the point where ults are in play the bullying can still happen as long as you didn't fall behind and have suitable AP and Magic Pen.
If you crow, AA as it flies, fear as silence is ending and drain you can really keep her abilities locked down, especially if that's after a flash or ulting in from out of her vision, never mind if you have ignite.

And last but not least there's the matter of baiting out her ball before starting your ability suppression, or having the reflexes to crow once the ball begins to travel to you so she only gets it and the shock off at most. Banshee's can help.

I won't deny that I think about it. I'm genuinely confident that I'd enjoy it, even if I also expect something I enjoy to be gone. His movement speed is pretty low for the current state of the game, but there are items that help.
