I landed in gold, then got promoted to plat first time, then got promoted to dia next time. So far so good.

Yes. Give her faster copping and then she can charge her shots if she wants but her scope has less range.

Snipers just need to be removed. If you make them strong, they dominate, if you make them weak, they waste a slot.

Inara is probably the only female virgin in the game, depending a bit on how much of a stone she is, you could even argue that she isn't even a woman at all but rather just a piece of animated stone.
