The tweak is a dll that translates the maker if you put it in the right place. If it doesn't work because you're on win10 and have to use other dlls to make the game work at all, you need the translation loader for the maker.

It's in the pastebin under translations. It's an exe that runs your exe called "AA2Edit.exe" but translated. Read its readme.

you can add whatever elf ears you want to whatever face you want but judging from your post you're way behind that. Pleb way - get AAFace and scroll down on the face list. Patrician way - extract the ears and object override them on your card.

Anyone know how to reduce the lag when interacting with characters? I have a 4-5 second delay from the time I click on a character to seeing their face and the interaction menu.

PPeX and PP2 will potentially improve performance on conventional hard drives in the future. But honestly, AA2 just isn't that good at performance. This is what I get with a PP2 install, it's still over a second to load high poly character aria.ma.cx/bored/2017-08-17 09-45-38.mp4

im using AAFace and i got it working and created the elf character i wanted
NOW every time i try to put her in the fucking roster, the game crashes
wat do? i've been at this for maybe around 7 hours now and i'm this close to giving up
One last push, does anyone know what the fuck im supposed to do now? the game doesnt crash when i put any other character in the roster, but just the specific elf one. It's also the only character ive created using AAFace

AAface wont crash your Play, AAface doesnt actually do anything besides enhance the maker so that I can see more slots. I card made with aaface is no different than a card edited with reiedit.

Could anyone point me to what I need to edit if I want to change the default position for skipping class and falling asleep? Not really a fan of how the cumming positions mod makes it jump to you fingering someone when you're supposed to be taking a nap.

no no i've had this game for years, ive installed mods before like HexaPP v1.2, some clothing packs, uncensors and some hair packs
until today i never figured to add an elf girl and 7 hours have passed and here i am still without an elf girl
i will admit tho i stopped playing and keeping up with this game for a year so i dont remember how i ever even got to this point
i'm thinking imma purge everything and start from scratch with the pre-installed game from the OP
