Superman has no more resistance to magic than a normal person, he'd probably be susceptible to curses and the like. But he's still got his super-abilities so you'd have to ask if Gae Bolg could even pierce his skin.

Both of these are misunderstandings. He has no enhanced resistance but that doesn't mean magic will just kill him. For example a magical fireball won't be something he just negates, but it's still just fire even if it isn't resisted as magic, so it won't bother him much. Even Captain Marvel's lightning needs to strike him multiple times before it does some real damage. He's up there with Karna and Siegfried in reducing incoming attacks to negligible levels.
