Primary weapon: Ion Caster, mounted on right wrist. Hitscan, 1 second firing rate, 10 ammo, 1.5 second reload, 25-55m falloff, 15-40 damage, successful hits add 5% to Barrier charge.

Secondary weapon: Razor Claw, a slash with his left hand in an arc in front of him damaging all enemies in range, dealing 40 damage and increasing damage taken by 15% for 5 seconds. 12-second cooldown.

Ability 1: Barrier Armor. Activates a 750 HP barrier around himself with the same dimensions as Winston's centered on his torso. Moves with him wherever he goes. He and allies inside the barrier gain 30% movement speed during its duration. Gains 3% charge every second and 5% for every successful hit with Ion Caster, can be activated at 50% or above for 3 seconds up to 6 seconds at 100%.

Ability 2: Tail Sweep. Spins in a circle, hitting every enemy within 3m with his tail, dealing 40 damage and powerfully knocking them back horizontally up to 15m away.

Ultimate: Predator Instincts. Replaces Ion Caster with a powerful biting attack that deals 75 damage and restores 50 health with each successful bite, one bite every 1.5 seconds. Razor Claw and Tail Sweep have 5 and 2 second cooldowns respectively. Lasts 10 seconds. Disables Barrier Armor while active but it can be activated immediately before using Predator Instincts.

Other than that it's fine.

The common meta is more forgiving for 1 tank / 3 DPS setups, so if you're into that sort of thing, you can actually get away with it now.
