Explanation: Do we make costumes for limited servants when a lot of users don't have access to them, do we make of them of non-limited 5*/4*, and do we make them for popular 3* and below servants? This takes a lot of planning and the keyword management. DW has proven this year they can't manage shit and the game has gotten worse continuously this year. Think of all the people who they need to pay and schedule for something like this. For instance a Moriarty costume would require Raita to be paid and have time to design something, then sprite-kun would need to model it, and then DW would need to find a way to implement it. Is the feature dead? No, but the reason they chose the worst servant first is because she is popular and literally all players have her. Can I get some advice as a new player? GUDAGUDA on Taiwan just ended and I wasn't able to clear the shop since I missed the first ~7 days of the event. I'm not sure what ascension materials to prioritize buying. My only gold servants are Okita (whom I'll be buying gears for) and Stheno (who seems like a dubious choice to invest in), so I'm kind of lost.
Hiragumo Exchange: 20x Infinity Gear (10 each), 20x Talon of Chaos (20 each), 20x Heart of a Foreign God (30 each), 20x Homunculus Baby (30 each), 20x Meteoric Horseshoe (30 each). I have 1220 hiragumo. Tenmoku Exchange: 20x Forbidden Page (20 each), 20x Octuplet Twin Crystals (20 each), 20x Void's Refuse (20 each). I have 520 tenmoku.
Based on the spreadsheet's data about which drops are hardest to come by, I should be prioritizing hearts -> gears -> talons -> horseshoes -> babies and crystals -> pages -> dust. Is that a decent idea or am I missing something crucial?

Rarity is deceptive, you'll most likely end up with a ton of the rarest items and at a loss for the common ones because the way they work is that, since they're supposed to be lower rarity, you'll usually need hundreds of them for a single servant's skill, whereas you might need a few tens of the rarer items, but they're both basically non-existent outside of events. You should probably take a look at the ascension and skill items of the Servants you want to prioritize in the near future and follow that.
