Should we charge users for this feature, and if so where/how? 4. A selection based on popularity/ease of access. Explanation: Do we make costumes for limited servants when a lot of users don't have access to them, do we make of them of non-limited 5*/4*, and do we make them for popular 3* and below servants? This takes a lot of planning and the keyword management. DW has proven this year they can't manage shit and the game has gotten worse continuously this year. Think of all the people who they need to pay and schedule for something like this. For instance a Moriarty costume would require Raita to be paid and have time to design something, then sprite-kun would need to model it, and then DW would need to find a way to implement it. Is the feature dead? No, but the reason they chose the worst servant first is because she is popular and literally all players have her.
