it is the website. you can still get the descriptions by left clicking on it twice to select everything then pasting it into notepad

user's complained about how it used to be, so it was changed to this. The website is built on a shitty webtool. They are trying to find an alternative host. Email maze about it if you have any suggestions. They are working on it but there's only so much that can be done in it's current situation.

Honestly tesgeneral isn't that good a guide. Some of the mods listed will outright break your game. Some are outdated and not used anymore because they've been replaced with better or updated mods and a lot of them are just shite.
