WHO DID THIS?

"Dev" refers to devastation, the radius in tiles of the area of the explosion which can outright destroy objects and turfs.
A 7 dev bomb will punch a hole in the station with a radius of 7 tiles.
The heavy radius would be, I think, 14 tiles. Not sure about the light radius, probably mid-thirties.

Since the normal viewport radius is 7 tiles, a 7 dev bomb will completely erase most of what you can see on your screen, followed by dealing heavy damage well outside that.

So a Dev7 would be
100% Destruction 7x7
then ramping down probably 5 to 8% every radius outside of that until 14x14 where it then plummets heavily?
8x8 = 95%
9x9 = 90%
10x10 = 85%
11x11 = 80%
12x12 = 75%
13x13 = 70%
14x14 = 65%

I suppose if one of those were planted properly, you could blow up the entire bridge and ai on box.

The effects of the heavy and light damage are based on the content of the `ex_act()` proc of each object and turf caught in those damage ranges.
