If it's an aluminium alloy block you can but sodium hydroxide on it to dissolve and/or compromise the integrity of the alloy. Putting in significantly thinner oil is an option, it'll lead to wear but possibly also oil pressure CEL. If you can find it, add tetraethyl lead and put it in the fuel, it'll ruin the cat, failing emissions testing. Thin engine oil in place of actual diff oil can lead to wear. I only own motorcycles so idk where it is in cars but you could take out the cam chain tensioner? It's located on the outside of most bike engines. You could also try loosening the oil drain plug, it could fall out leading to oil pouring out

that being said crack the oil drain and catch the oil then leave. the engine will overheat and seize up very quickly with no oil pressure

even on older vehicles if the guy pays attention they'll see an unusually high temperature, anything above halfway should raise questions

If the car has a aluminium block or head I suggest placing one drop of mercury on it.
The mercury will amalgamise withe the aluminium, wich weakens it.
Of course this takes a few days, but the car will end up with a cracked block/head.

Cut the brake lines.
Cut the fuel line close to the engine.
Cut the tube from the gas cap to the fuel tank.
