MegaMan series worst to best list based on how many of each one's games are good:

StarForce: 3 out of 3 mediocre games, not a single worthwhile title to its name

X: 3, 5, 6, 7, 8. That's more than half of the main games. Even if you count side content, only CM is passable because both Xtreme games blow ass.

MegaMan: 5, 7, 8, and arguably 10 even though I won't count it because it's more inoffensively middle of the road than it is bad like the other three.

BattleNetwork: 4 obviously, and 5 too because it's not bad per se but it isn't good either.

Zero: Even though it had three solid games, 4 sucked ass both as a game and as a way to end the series.

ZX and Legends: These go at the bottom because regardless of what you think of them, neither one has any poorly made games. They're both excellent through and through, I guess that's quality over quantity for you.
