Even compared to Hyrule Warriors where most characters had unique things about their moveset that justified the fodder massacre, the characters in FE:W only have realistic boring slashes in their moveset from what I have seen - slashes which somehow extend 15 feet in front of them to hit enemies.

Anyone got an elegant solution in mind for the colorless issue?

Wrathful staff is a meme, especially if you already have mages on your horse team and considering her stats. Live to serve is good if you're using her for tempest or chain challenge.

Fairly bad right now. Combat is not to impressive to most. Wth 3 games being represented with a fairly large starting, nonDLC roster of 30-35 characters, approximately, that will bebloated with clones instead of character swaps/skins because Lucina was forced to be in the game via IS and Nintendo.

Whoop, I seem to have skimmed over the last line. I feel it'd be a huge buff to Desperation (most mages would enter Desperation just after Fury damage) and would further promote the mage meta™. Even if it just worked like Phantom Speed and acted as psuedo +5 to max.

Brash Assault might need its own special seal to fix it. I wish I could say something that upped its HP threshold, but then it would basically give a weapon like Armads 100% uptime.
