debeon's gives you a shitload of flat cold dmg so then you scale the rest of your gear in % ele dmg rather than flat ele dmg

while niggamahu's converts phys to fire, so I'm assuming you'd rather want to add flat phys and % phys to the rest of your gear, which would then be converted to fire dmg (or scale in %fire dmg on the rest of your gear)

so give your gear a good look beforehand

The problem with Harbingers is that they just aren't exciting. It's like a combination of Perandus and Breach except incredibly watered down. With Perandus, you get excited every time you see da big jew. It's a 'unique drop' moment even if all you ever do get is currency. With Breach, it's a challenge anytime you open up those hands and obviously there are quite a lot of good Breach uniques to work toward with the essences. Harbingers neither have the unique feeling cause its just random currency nor are they a challenge because all you do is kill regular ass shit at a consistent pace.

Conflux has literally no purpose for our build unless you're dumb enough to take that elemental proliferation. Also I hope you aren't using Elemental Focus, use Hypothermia for that sweet chill, freeze and more modifier.

Never understood the appeal of perandus, you have to buy the mod from zana to get a few coins and spend them on something after god knows how long. Didn't get any good offer from cadiro in turmoil and there were perandus chests every few areas.

I finally got my first Divine Vessel after 227 Maps.

So this pair of boots only rolls 3 blues and 1 green or 4 blues.

Unlucky. Any pair of boots can roll any color combination, but depending on their Int/Dex/Str requirements decides how common each color is. More Strength = more likely to roll Red, etc.
