It has it's niche. It can keep certain bosses from attacking that unit first. Kinda like the anti provoke. It's worth having at least one.

The bad thing about fighting these archers/wizards is that they can shoot over the wall. Well, I guess I can do that since we made Delita an archer/wizard too. The Fire Rod is pulling its on weight right now, and then some.

It's a Vibroblade.

You take the gunblade and swing it like a sword. When you make contact with the target, you pull the trigger to fire a round into the base of the blade, shaking it wildly. It's a critical hit and works like a Kris blade where the cuts are not a straight line and cannot be easily stemmed or sewn back together and you bleed out.

It's completely different from a chainsaw, the blade itself is made to vibrate to increase it's cutting power, able to separate an objects molecules more easily.

A chainsaw without it's teeth is just a super fast chain that will get stuck, it's teeth makes it easier to cut wood, but a vibrating blade can cut almost anything.

Chainsaws are circular blades. More like an assembly line of fast-moving buckets that dig out the surface of the object.

Not to be confused with reciprocating saws that slide back and forth at constant and extremely high speeds.
