you don't have to reroll if you don't want to. I didn't and neither did lots of people in my crew. You should do your pinboard missions to get your free SSR ticket, though. Also you can just roll your crystals every legfest until you have enough SSRs/good SRs to fill out your teams.

I spent a whole month on my first acc which started with 2 ssr's, rerolled for an acc with 6 ssr's belive me its worth it

If you have an FLB (4*) grid you can keep up with a base skill level 10 grid on nm 95s. If you're less than FLB then your crew is extremely weak
