Snowdrake is cute and for a side character actually has a shit ton going on with him that ties into the story of the game.

Really if you think about it the Snowdrake family are direct parallel to the goat family (Snowdrake being Toriel, Snowdrakes mom being Asriel and Snowdrakes dad being Asgore) but they actually get a happy ending.
