I presume you're avoiding 5* TMRs, but Fryevia's Needle, Mateus's Malice, and Genji Gloves (replacing the Earrings, freeing Dual Wield for Dark Bond) are obviously better options. (Or Dark Fina's Swimsuit for the body if without Dark Bond.)

Well some basic maths, presuming you get Dark Bond.
It's 68 + 23 + 150% [447.5] (three Letters & Arms) vs. 68 + 101 + 130% [411.7] (Rod Mastery + Dark Bond + MAG+30%).
No matter how you slice it, the huge raw MAG of Draco Spike tilts it. Hell, even if you don't get Dark Bond and just have another MAG+30%, it's better.

That being said, the quality of her relics are pretty nice. Was in a party where someone similar was equipped, but they dropped early on. When the LMR kicked in on her instant burst command, that was some good shit. Rosa can wrath, sure, but this Iris really did a great job for the raid.
