If she's your waifu, use her as much as you want. I personally don't like her, but have fun with her! Physical units usually want -Res since they don't tend to duel mages. +Atk is almost always good, unless a unit's Atk is already abysmal like Odin.

She's been doing really well. She generally always has either a hone or fortify buff on her, which means she gets pretty much never doubled and has about 70 (physical) or 80 (magical) effective health. She only gets killed by physical brave weapons or fully buffed up bladetome users that double her through a hone (i.e. have 44+ speed).

+Spd would be really nice, since it prevents a whole lot of doubles if she's not buffed, but the -Res would probably hurt because even if she wouldn't get doubled by fully buffed up bladetome users she'd just get one-shot (unless she has a fortify on her probably). -Atk is obviously her best bane, and +Res is sweet so that certainly is a great nature, but the +speed is still very hard to pass on. I honestly don't know which is better.
