5* Craft essence that automatically gives you 8 critical stars each turn (10 when limit broken). You don't need an assassin when you get 16 stars a turn, 2030 is best equipped on support units like Waver, not the main damage dealer who can abuse crits.

I don't care much about "potential Quartz". Rerolling for 5* means 30 less Quartz, and I wouldn't be able to earn it back before the Kintoki banner through Bond Levels anyway. The difference is pretty miniscule and my need for Quartz is pretty urgent. A few Quartz different makes less difference in the long run compared to an early boost.
