I have a crush on this car and saving up to buy it
will it be a good decision?

higher res
fuck google

Not really a fan of modern chebby, but if you like it then odds are you'll like it after you buy it aswell. Best of luck user.

I had one as a rental for a week. Pretty decent power, very comfy. Creature comforts were cool, heated wheel, auto darkening mirrors, etc. The auto stop-start was weird but I got used to it. It’s big, very heavy and tuned for comfort so it doesn’t handle great when driven hard in the twisties, but that isn’t really what it’s meant for. If you like it, buy it.

Test drove one before, I personally wasn't a fan. Then again I have a major hard on for the Buick Lacrosse, so who the fuck knows what's going on with me.

>buying a boring full size sedan that suffers from shitty modern car design
Literally why.

thanks for the opinions lads

had the V6 as a rental for 3 weeks.
>big as fuck
>rides like shit
>feels like it's bloated and wobbly
>comfy though

Basically piece of shit. Love my 2018 accord so much more.

>drive a stiff sports car
>drive over a pothole
>lose boipucci virginity
>anal leakage

Veeky Forums will not be fooled by appealing into masculinity only to become feminine.

You're degeneracy and trickery has been exposed.

god fucking damn it
I need this car so bad
aaaah

no

I like the look, but it IS bloated shit, and
>no V8 option
>on an Impala
It was a crime back in 2000 and it's still a goddamned travesty.

At least it looks better than the 8th/9th gen.

I must admit, as much as I hate Chevy's pretentious commercials, their current sedan stylings aren't too bad

is it actually reliable?

Isn’t that the one with the faulty ignition switches that killed people?

I liked the Malibu better, 80% the size, 90% of the same creature comforts, and they handle a lot better and have a bit more responsive suspension. For a full size DD both are really good in comparison to the competition.

Real Impalas were rear wheel drive.

Although the newer one can still be a decent daily.

Malibu is too short for the styling themes to play out properly. Hell, even the Impala is a bit short behind the rear doors making the rear haunches look clumsy.

I think the same. But both of these cars have dubious reliability apparently
the previous malibu looked really good

Ive drive a 4cyl malibu (2011 bought new) and I will say that if you get the V6 you will like the Impala. The 4cyls lack power for cars this heavy. Ive been on the fence for a long time about buying an Impala. Big comfy car with a powerful V6 is good in my book, but I think I am going to get a Truck instead.

Dont get a 4cyl Impala, m8. Seriously.

why are you getting a truck
are you gay
ditch the fucking truck dude, get this cutie

*blocks ur path*

>sedan tries to become a truck.jpeg

not him, but the insurance company I work at gives employees the chance to buy cars before they sell them elsewhere. Lately they'll have Impalas from about 2008-2011 with about 45k-80k miles for about 4 grand, does this seem like a decent deal. I'd get one from the west coast and they are 4 cyl

Im tired of driving sedans m8. Plus chicks love trucks.

Old bread loaf Imapals werent very good. If you really hate yourself, then yeah, its a good deal.

HHNNNGGGG

das it mane

i know people that own these

they work for the dealership

*erection*
sometimes I reflect sadly that it's not possible to watch a car from the outside while driving it.

id unironically rather drive a new cruze. impala is a bloated fat uggo

I don't see what drive wheels matter, it's not like it's a performance car. That generation of Impala was slow as hell anyways. I cant imagine they put down much more than 200 whp which given the massive weight is shit, especially nowadays.

That thing is running rubber bands for tires so you won't be much better off.

>11

They have more sidewall meat than it looks from the pictures, and you can got non low P tires and rims for them.

No
Sedans are for old people and stupid normalfags with kids
