Two early points in blur, focus on dragging the wave under your tower for farm. Wait till 6 then start harassing him with crit. Huskar isn't really a hero you 1v1, he's very dangerous. Also while his spears do physical damage it's the burning that really kills you, which is magic. Bkb helps.
Dragon knight is also a good pick because he's so tanky he can just shrug off the damage.
If you go for an unorthodox mid....maybe chaos knight...maybe but it's...I mean it's risky but if it works out huskar gets dumpstered by illusions.
Or you can have your team gank him repeatedly
