these old wordy car ads are always so aggressive. they make me feel judged and bullied by the auto-maker, and as such, i dont want to buy their cars.

they're about the car/car manufacturer instead of trying to bully you into buying a car or trying too hard to sound cool. these ads are more or less just "This car is FAST" rather than shit like or or that reek of a child smoking their first cigarette to look cool

why would i buy a car from someone who thinks im so insecure I need to be told that this orange econobox isn't girly? i didnt think there was anything girly about it until they started trying to defend it from being girly, now the car is rather suspect. they try to sell the car too hard, and start looking suspicious for it. there must be something horribly wrong with these cars if they spend so much time talking about the lifestyle around the car rather than the car itself. it must be an autotragic or have a shitty warranty or regularly stall out on hills or something
