That sucks. Seems like he had a good relation with Microsoft, that he liked having superior tech to run his games, something the One X is supposedly going to deliver. Msoft has the ips and the talent isn't that hard to find.

Basuic atm but they literally update the alpha once a week. Recent improvements include
