Remove the laser from them honestly. The fact they have to be on doorways, can be countered by shields, destroy friendly gadgets, are very easy to take out and he's 3 speed is already massively against him.

Without the laser it'd be a much more limited, but effective Frost. Can't use the item just anywhere and so it's easy enough to look for, but if you step in it then it's pretty much an insta-kill.

He had a new video titled being about Echo, though it wasn't for the most part, but I noticed him using iron sights on Spas-15 and suppressor on Frosts SMG. I realize these are compilations of of footage and so he's just made a highlights real but he seems to be of good rank and gets a fair amount of aces, let alone decent kills.
