Pretty much every (golden) card with a trigger or ongoing effect is dead on arrival.
Sure, YenCon is 7, but that is Thunder's range.
Trading a gold for a bronze is shit.

From what I've seen (?) they are adding Deploy or special abilities to a bunch of golds.

bekker's twisted mirror is stealing your opponment's hard work to yourself if you have the weakest unit on board in your side

dudu is just copying your opponent's hard work but with no other conditions

It just hit me. Unless they change and buff Blood Baron all those Rad decks are pure fucking garbage.

BTM gives you a point swing equal to twice the power of the unit you are stealing from.
Dudu is more like Scorch.

They are changing a LOT of gold cards so I wouldn't worry

radovid will be a machine leader now, with other golds besides baron probably

his lock/unlock ability is good for that archetype because it unlocks locked crewmen, but canon wise it needs to be foltest and not that faggot

scorch can backfire on you though while dudu can't

IMO, no.
It might even make it worse.
Renew is as good as the golds you can resurrect.
Golds being targetable means they are all worse by default, therefore Renew is bad by default.

this is only bad if the campaign has cards that can't be acquired any other way

this game is developed by people who get salary for their work their need a revenue source of some sort, it's just important multiplayer will be fair

using igni twice in the same round twice will be brutal as hell

Why would your opponent destroy a 4 points with no effect card?
You play Igni and it stays on the board.
Would you destroy your own Igni to replay it again?
If it is the winning move in the third round I guess is smart, but any other time you are playing for negative points.

imagine playing against dwarfs,playing igni once for a 20+ points swing, killing your igni with whatever you can come up with and playing it again

ekimmara I think will see more play anyway due to consume tag. saves you having to play greedy with it and now you can just eat cow carcasses or whatever instead of a xbox HUEG vran warrior.

the problem with it atm is deathwish carrying over, not resiliency. Dwarves are annoying to play against but if you have scorch or locks it is very easy to win and Ekimmara isn't played that much because too risky anyway

i think CDPR needs to introduce the promote concept now,as in cards are either bronze silver and gold but some cards will have deploy:promote ability that would turn them to a new higher tier (diamond,platinum or some shit like that) that would make them uninteractable like golds are now, so that way manticore can be deploy - promote this unit and brave - strengthen this unit by 4

faction exclusive uninteractive units are a bad idea in general

i said introduce as a concept. same way you can apply resilience with adrenaline rush no reason units can't be promoted. it will add another layer of depth to the game
