New balance patch in September
Caleb Reed
that house looks like a death trap on hightide would be cool during glowflies though
Liam Jackson
Sex with Callie!
Ryan Reed
LUNA BUFF
Ryder Cox
what special weapon needs to be adjusted that isnt the Stinger?
William Sanchez
Are you kidding. There's no way to bottleneck the rush at the basket anymore and they can come in from four different directions, Fuck
David Hall
HEY YOU
IF YOU ALREADY HAD A DRAWFAG DRAW YOUR WOOMY OR SPAGHETTI, DON'T POST IT AGAIN. LET OTHER PEOPLE HAVE A CHANCE TO GET THEIRS DRAWN
Justin Morgan
no
Chase Harris
What if I post them in a different outfit?
Hudson Clark
thats what makes it fun, its like a real horde moe
Jason Fisher
Draw my woomy then
Zachary Thomas
So greedy
Lincoln Perry
...
Anthony Cook
*posts woomy again*
Jaxon Ward
Stinger isn't as bad as you make it out to be, it just needs a way to be cancelled Ink armor on the other hand needs a LOT of tweaks
Ian Parker
what exactly makes the trislosher OP besides ink armor?
Lincoln Green
dude, melon
Adam Miller
>"user, stop worrying about ranked and just dive in. Everyone at C- is shit." >Still nervous so I keep playing normal turf wars until I have at least three slot gears >Decimate a bunch of level 10 new players >Winning everything and getting 25+ kills every match.
I really should have listened to you /ink/
David Davis
All Ink Armor needs is to remove the short invincibility period while the armor itself is breaking.
Joshua Martin
Tight maps with a lot of elevation.
Jaxon Jones
The fact that it's a non-shooting weapon in "muh shooting game." People have been bitching about every non-shooter weapon in the game, in some form or fashion, since 2015.
Carson Perry
You only have to aim in someone's general direction to hit them.
Jackson Harris
Too much range for what it's capable of doing.
Angel Hernandez
>blue squid is fine eating blue melon >orange squid gets high just holding blue melon I think that's the key
Ryan Reed
Post yfw the same person keeps on killing you.
Mason Rogers
>dont need to aim to kill >great range >burst bombs >two shots from every distance, no drop off in damage >can easily hit people on higher platforms >ink armor
Matthew Lopez
Are they squidbagging as well
Oliver Butler
STOP PRAYING FOR THE TRISLOSHER! IT'S OUTRANGING THE E-LITER! THE COPS DON'T THINK THEY CAN STOP IT!
Nathan Cruz
...
Asher Ross
It's only capable of doing what it does if it has range, because otherwise it can't slosh over stuff. Every time it aims up to slosh over a wall, it shortens its range.
Sebastian Martinez
...
Daniel Allen
Huge AoE with decent range ZERO damage falloff. Guaranteed 2 hit kill and bust bombs can make it even faster.
Kevin Ortiz
ugh user this isn't the Splatoon 1 Dynamo
Ryder Wilson
>outranges most weapons, has spread, good rate of fire, can be used as direct and indirect fire weapon >No damage falloff, no inaccuracy even when jumping >SIXTY TWO FUCKING DAMAGE if any ink whatsoever touches anyone, even the spread Means you don't have to be close, don't have to aim, and don't have to be gud and you get plenty of kills and ink the entire fucking map.
Colton Martin
So leave rollers and chargers helpless against it?
Ryan Scott
>he's camping you with a short ranged weapon you cant deal with
Owen Richardson
...
Blake Cox
What it's capable of doing is outranging all of the close-range weapons in the game, while offering better kits than most of them. The Tri fit perfectly into the game back when it was slightly outranged by all the SMG-like guns.
Noah Hill
I want to marry this woomy and raise a family with her.
Logan Perry
Rollers are helpless period right now unless you wanna be a jump flick spamming Carbon faggot.
Elijah Adams
what could you possibly change about ink armor to not make chargers and rollers helpless against it?
if they made this change at I wouldn't have to spend 15 shots killing someone with a splatling without object shredder.
Cameron Kelly
Rollers are far from helpless, and chargers shouldn't be fighting at ranges where an armor player can hit them back in the first place. The instakills were in dire need of some rebalancing, and armor does exactly that.
Austin Adams
I think the problem's not that it's too OP to counter, just that it sort of invalidates and does the same job better than like 5 different weapons.
Owen Richardson
>baller will now take 40% less damage from any weapon that isn't a blaster
Jaxon Morris
we left 4 dead now
Owen Brooks
>you can never find them when you respawn yet they keep managing to sneak up on you >you get into an engagement with another enemy and they pop out of nowhere to kill you >you see and get the jump on them, they slip away, a teammate splats them instead, or they get rescued every fucking time
Ethan Campbell
Make it so it just increases health or halves all damage, not a separate shield that had to be popped first.
Wyatt Lewis
Nah, then it's useless against anything that one-shots.
John Smith
I have several concerns.
Joseph Thomas
I have 9 drawings of my woomy now, how does that make you feel?
Connor Bennett
What's going on in this image?
William Allen
Why? The Rapid Pro is shit, and the Luna Neo is going to have a tough time building special.
Daniel Perez
no damage up means weapons won't do stupid damage so it would be fine if it raised your health to say 200 or something
Cooper Edwards
Make it just bonus health instead of something like Subatitute in Pokemon. Buff blaster directs, Squiffer and Goo shots and roller swings to 130 max damage (most are 125 right now) and call it a day.
Carter Rivera
Rapid Pro was probably one of the most forgettable weapons in Sploon 1. Hope it sees use in this game.
Grayson Harris
Loli in a trunk.
Tyler Martin
So those weapons still can't one-shot, and nothing changes. Big deal.
Lucas Parker
The Rapid got a boost in its range, as did the pro. Ink Armor is self explanatory.
Connor Nelson
So, you're suggesting that for 10 seconds straight chargers shouldn't be fighting at all because it's useless when armor is up.
Jordan Martinez
The point of it is to nerf instakill weapons. That doesn't do it.
Xavier Parker
Which of the idols receives the most death threats?
Hunter Watson
>Moray towers TC >entire team dead >watching 2 people in ink armor ride to victory because I couldnt pop them fast enough with my Firefin feltbadman
Juan Murphy
No, I'm suggesting that you stop being a retarded drama queen and break armor before it runs out. Or stop trying to force 1v1s when you know armor is active. It's literally a nonissue if you're not bad at the game.
Angel Russell
Pearl
Austin Clark
>implying knockback isn't a thing
Thomas Myers
...
Christopher Rivera
Rapid never got any range boosts, it was always stepping on 3-liners toes. You suckers need to sort your shit and actually look at what they were like in Splat1. The only range changes in 2 are Dynamo, Carbon, Eliter, Heavy, Squiffer and the 2-liner trio that got nerfed range, and Octobrush that did indeed get it buffed. Everything else is the exact same.
Lucas Mitchell
Marina from Marie.
Leo Bell
Pearl, of course. Mostly from people she's worked with before and people whose stuff she broke.
Cameron Young
Is it just me or is the salmon run music written by a mad scientist? It's so bizarre yet strangely charming.
There are doorbells, timpanis with distortion effects, evil laughing, squid noises, and an overaggressive cello, and somehow this works in a weird way
Adam Butler
>the point of ink armor is to nerf instakill weapons. ??????????????? Charger instakills were never a problem, people complained against half charges. Now they're completely gone. People complained about rollers because of shit net and the horizontal flick being a little too stong (damage up again), now both of these issues are fixed. Rollers and chargers are pretty much fine as is, rollers are even too weak. Add ink armor to the mix and they're worthless pieces of shit.
Jaxson Reyes
>Marina from Marie.
Kevin Brooks
People complained about the chargers being able to instakill from well outside the range of any other weapon in the game.
Connor Stewart
>it's literally a nonissue if you're not bad at the game. >meanwhile competitive players all rock 2+ ink armors per team
It doesn't work as well as it should.
Aiden Smith
You forgot the Custom Dualie Squelchers
Andrew Parker
>spawn in with 3 teammates You're welcome for the free win
Levi Reyes
See how they still do? The problem ALWAYS was damage up stacking. Chargers outranged every other weapon and were still good in close quarters thanks to damage up. Now splatting people getting the jump on you is a real challenge, and you actually have to play intelligently. Chargers are fine now, high risk high reward.
Logan Johnson
So you spawn as a four man team, then?
Mason Gray
The team that won the most recent tournament was only running a single armor.
Sebastian Morris
>4 known weapons with Bubble Blower There's gotta be more content they're holding back. I refuse to believe there isn't.
Xavier Moore
>nerf instakill weapons They already did nerf EVERY SINGLE FUCKING OHKO WEAPON, why do we have to suffer even more? >all three rollers nerfed into complete unusability >chargers forced to completely relearn everything they knew >except Squiffer, but it got a half a line range cut >Luna nerfed hard, Blaster never was good in the first place >H3 got a massive run speed nerf so it is even more shit at escaping You have a problem with instakill weapons? Just learn to not get in their way, most of them are slow, very obvious, have no range, or all three. There's no need to make difficult weapons impossible.
Ian Brooks
What we know of is only in the existing data. Sheldon's Picks weren't in the existing data either, remember?
Jose Green
>They already did nerf EVERY SINGLE FUCKING OHKO WEAPON They still instakill.
Eli Ward
You can knock an armored enemy clear off a tower with a charger.
t. someone who fell and died on Moray with armor
Blake Hughes
>Blaster never was good in the first place HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Isaiah James
Yes, so what? That's what they do. They're designed to deliver death in densely packed but vastly spaced out packages instead of spreading it all over the table.
Nicholas Ross
>sniper camping splats me 2-3 times in a row >decide to go fuck him up >sneak up behind him and splat him >squidbag like a faggot >repeat this 2--3 more times that's what you get bitch
Julian Martin
And now they have to think about their engagements, and not just press ZR once for a free kill.
Tyler Roberts
>squidbagging because he was more skillful ???
Nicholas Smith
Except Rollers that now have zero reason to roll and should always just spam jump flicks like huge faggots, because it's 20X as efficient as ground flicks or rolling and is the only way for them to do decent damage at a still shitty range if they can nail the center of the flick on the enemy.
Aiden Martin
He clearly wasn't more skillful if he died 2-3 more times.
Jonathan Jenkins
Well yes, in Splat1 it was trash, with custom's bubbler being the only reason to use one over either Range or Luna. In 2 they got some use because they're not as vastly outranged as they were before, but accuracy nerf really fucks them up, chewing up the little mobility they had because you can't just dolphin around anymore.
Jayden Moore
Rollers already had zero reason to roll you stupid shitter. Of course it's the worst players complaining about something so easily countered.
Owen Phillips
6 hours until crutchbucket nerf
Andrew Gray
>sneak
Jonathan Edwards
just camp outside and have someone who isn't marked running eggs mothership/grillers are going to be a fucking bitch though hell even stingers will fuck shit up
Connor Perez
62 damage with no damage falloff whatsoever. You can hit someone from as far as the weapon can reach and you will still hit them for 62 damage, making it a two hit kill from any range. The only damage falloff it was is when you use the slosher from a location that's higher than your enemy. On top of that, one burst bomb + one shot from the slosher is enough to kill nearly everyone since nobody runs bomb resist.
