Hi new to Blood Bourne.

I found father Gascoigne and Cleric Beast. Killed both. Cleric best was much easier. I found Gascoigne harder to punish since I kept managing to run into his shoot gun blast.

I found a nice monster guy who asked me to send people to him. He claimed the incest would keep away the other monsters. I trusted him.

There was a lady in the clinic who didn't offer me any assistance but now that I cleaned up the area a bit she also wants me to send people to her. She claims she can cure them but earlier she didn't want me around for fear I could infect everyone.

Well if she has a cure why would that be a problem? Also all the blood all over the clinic and dead guys and everything else is giving me a really bad vibe about her.

I'm thinking I should send all of the mean people to the clinic and all of the nice people to the nice monster guy.

I just wish the nice guy that gave me peppers could come with me but he sounds really sick.

I scouted the next area. I found some new clothes and some guy of black hole or warp gate? A pair of giant arms that were near invisible grabbed me and threw me away.

I'll explore this area more next time.

If you send people to Iosefka, you get insight and lead elixirs

Send them to chapel bro and you get to interact with them. Some give gestures and special blood vials.

Your instincts are right. Continue to trust them when deciding who to send where.

It's up to you, but you should really avoid coming here, or at least spending time here so you don't get spoiled on the story or anything at all really. Playing this game blind is a great experience and you won't get it back. That said, welcome to Bloodborne, and good luck.

Finally got a fully upgraded burial blade. I hate farming for fucking bloodstone chunks.

Why does everyone use the saw spear over the cleaver? I so much prefer the cleaver's tricked moveset.

Serrated in both forms, scales with skill over strength and has a thrust attack when tricked. Not that any of that matters much because both are used almost identically.

Spear provides thrust, which can destroy kin enemies later on in the game. I prefer the cleaver as well though. All the Saw Hunter weapons are god tier.

So, if the Church Hunters were a mix of heroic madmen and assholes and the Powder Kegs were insane engineers, would that make the Saw Hunters the more efficient of the groups? Considering their weapons are the best against the beasts.

Which is better for an arcane run, since thrust damage doesn't apply when converted? Does either scale better with ARC?

The only difference between the 2 is the spears thrust damage and it's leaning towards skill. Other than that, they're equal, so both are fine for an ARC build.

Spear still is serrated in both forms, but other than that, it comes down to which you prefer.
