It'll either be stacked like eotl and the winter update were, but its going to be after.
Its possible it will come out in sept, or maybe even late aug.

I just want you guys to know that this is my favorite general. I just started lurking not too long ago and I never want to leave. I always avoided /tf2g/ back when Veeky Forums opened because I assumed it was full of shitty trade discussion and furry rp. It probably was.

Calling people to test these launch options to see if they cause TF2 to crash or not:
-tools : hacky way to increase graphical quality
-filmgrain : film grain effect

Gimme a few

Filmgrain crashes on connecting to a server, even local, but tools works. I could load up itemtest, but since i don't remember the commands to join a team i can't tell you more
