They still have a crutch operator it's just the ACOG allows them to use their crutch operator at long distance. God forbid that they have engagement limits.

the mp7 irons are actually good unlike most irons, which is why I have the mp7 gsg9 preset on my defender recruit. I would never use it over a 1x sight though.

they're hardly even limits, people can still get spawnpeeked with a 1x sight, I've done it before plenty of times. It just makes them slightly less ridiculously overpowered compared to the other ops.

On one hand, it's a pretty lazy way of balancing their guns and now there's even less ACOGs for defenders in a game where being accurate is highly prized. On the other, now they actually have to get (slightly) good at aiming when trying to spawnkill instead of using the ACOG as a crutch, the other ACOG defenders are slow as shit and the Lebensraum needed to be reined in somehow because Goebbels & Himmler have been ridiculous since day 1. They have near perfect kits unmatched except for launch Thermite, and he went from the cock of the walk, star of the show to being a support bitch that almost no one actually wants to play anymore.

Krautfags should be glad they're just losing their ACOGs and will be fine if they're actually good at the game. Most of the time when Ubi changes shit for Siege it's a significant change, for better or worse like with Glaz' buff and nerf, Thermite's nerf, BB's nerfs, IQ's buffs, shotgun nerfs, shield explosive resistance buff, Twitch drone buff, etc.

its not as common as you might think but it is a fucking bitch when it happens. my cams being locked in place has gotten me killed just about every time it has happened. usually because it took me too much time to tell them to get the fuck off my cams in a crucial moment and I die from someone in the blind spot, or i just go with the info I have and die from someone in the camera's blindspot, or I simply get frustrated to the point of just rushing outside and getting killed then closing the game.
