Why is Unreal Tournament 4 so dead? I installed it thinking there would be a decent playerbase since it has the UT name behind it but there's such a pitiful amount of people playing the game.

The developers have been shifted around for paragon and that other game they're working on. Once they get a good start they'll be back working on UT. probably somewhere november/december/early next year.
