Well my suggestion can only satisfy two of those things (fully translated and dirty talk).

If you don't mind 3DCG and generic combat, RJ155863 and RJ185865 in the ghostbin are really good. They do contain some SS but is not the main focus. I don't want to say there is impregnation but if you reach a certain value from being cummed inside you will get a game over because you become pregnant (no scenes for it either).

All that aside the h-scenes are amazing.
