So my father has a 1968 convertible Camaro with the 327 and a 2 speed auto. It's nothing special, but its killing me to see it sitting and just getting more and more decrepit. It's been sitting since around 2000 and ran fine until the alternator went bad and my dad shelved it. Seeing as that was the only real issue, what does Veeky Forums estimate the cost of getting it rolling again is? The interior is disgusting and the convertible roof is rotted through, but all I care about is getting is getting it running.

Including a photo of it. The paint's not great but it's mostly just dirty.

I can third this, I'm one of the dudes that has an f body in there but not the best for full restoration. Parts are widely available and cheap as fuck for everything including interior, body, engine everything.

And ignore the faggot with the prius, you could build like a 900 horsepower monster out of that thing if you really wanted to, not with that engine though

My Dad isn't so much of a loser he lets a car sit for nearly 20 years. In fact he never let one sit as far as I know.
