Several of my neighbors like to blast their "music" that can be felt for hundreds of feet around.
I wouldn't mind so much if it wasn't 3 AM or I had a headache.
They don't even drive anywhere they just sit in their driveway and blast it
The cops don't give a shit so I have to take things into my own hands

The next day they'll have the broken window taped up with some polythene sheets or plastic bags, Now you can silently cut your way through them and steal their sound systems.

Sneakily throw a cowbell into their car, then every time they blast the music the bell will spoil their fun.
