Unless you somehow luckshit your way into 3 extra copies of those weapons, spark them or tix them 3 times, or for some reason use 3 damascus bars on them, they're really not worth it. They're easily replaced by other weapons.

Wind having better buffers than other elements doesn't mean shit when its attackers are so utterly garbage that to even DREAM of hitting damage cap even once they need those buffers as a crutch. While you have to wait for buffs to make your attackers even USABLE, other elements already out-DPS you into the ground with attackers who can cap with one click of self buffs every several turns.
