That's retarded. What's actually true is that there are strong elements and weak elements, and there are players who are strong in spite of how weak their element is (which has to do with how they play, not what they play).

Wind is one of the weakest elements but some people can still MVP because they're very good at multiboxing and can manage their DPS well.

In long fights where you'd have difficulty hitting the cap, yes. Keep in mind you're sacrificing a fair amount of damage on your whole team at the start to push your mc up later.

Honestly, even just having one is fine. But you definitely want one, FLB if possible. Two is not a big enough jump to justify hardcore grinding if you have other more important projects to work on, such as prep for Xeno Cocy or Wind GW.
