Tracer is just annoying more than anything and the only time they're annoying is when an autist is playing her.

You actually have to know when to speed boost people and not just speed boost everyone out of spawn or speed boost to run away.

Tracer hasn't been altered in any way since the game came out aside from the ult charge nerf that affected everyone. People go back and forth on whether she's OP or not depending on the meta. In dive she's strong, triple tank she was weak, and in beyblade she was basically non-existent aside from the GM one-tricks.

I don't know how people keep forgetting he was the first hero to get more than numbers changes. He had the first soft rework because his speed boost was too strong and the rest of him wasn't that great. Fact is he'll always be relevant as long as he's the only one with a movement speed boost

He got nerfed right out of the beta back when hero stacking was a thing in quick and comp because the ideal tank setup back then was 2 Winstons dropping their shields together. He languished for a while at like 5% pickrate before he got some buffs to his shield and dive became the new meta. Before S5 you didn't see him at all outside of Korea.

Tracer is the only character that's never been target nerfed or buffed because Blizzard has openly stated they're extremely reluctant to touch her because it'd only take a minor tweak to her kit to make her OP as fuck or completely useless. It's not cause she's the mascot, she's just really fine-tuned and messing with that isn't worth the risk unless she's completely busted one way or the other.
