We filter out most special characters because there are a large number that wont display and you can name your character that shit I think. Servers like the spanish server re-enables the one they wanted.

Wi-fi reliability is notoriously bad. Switch to cable or fuck off to for an expensive solution.

No, successful packet transfer in wifi is generally just bad for low-end (read: most) consumer appliances. It's gotten better over the years, but it's still pretty shit. t. network engineer / home wifi user
