$35000 - What Car?

After 8 long years its time to part ways with my first car. Time and young dumb driving have taken their toll.

price limit: $35,000
miles: under 50,000
drive: awd/4wd or rwd
power/weight: 15 lbs or less per 1 hp

Those are my only real requirements. I'm not interested to DD something with a turbo. I'm liking the 370z right now. Also interested in an older 911 but I'm not sold on the reliability.

Thoughts Veeky Forums?

Why would anyone buy a 370z when you could get a GT for that price?

2017 Chevy SS with manual transmission

Nigga can you read? You can’t get a used 2015 SS under $40k.

The best you can do is a 2014 auto-only SS for $36-37k

good luck finding that

987/981 Cayman, 981's are barely $35k

>I'm not interested in Mustangs but I want to buy a shitty Chinese knockoff Mustang

Caymans are awesome. Drove a base model non-S with a manual and had a total blast.

>chinese
>Z series knockoff mustangs

OP, don't get a 370z, it's far too pigfat for its size.

I just saw ad in local ford dealership for 28k. Take it from 350z owner, most of old forum members moved on to 5.0.

good options to look at. appreciate the feedback

>buying a cuckstang "eco" "boost"

Quadrifoglio and I don’t care about your price limit. That’s unamerican. You get a loan and buy something you can’t afford. That’s the real American experience.

If you buy a 370z, get a mechanical differential as well. That's right, a 2018 370z does not come with one. The god damn engineers at nissan were smoking something bad and put vlsd in all the 350z, 370, G35, G37 which use silicon and are pieces of shit that stop working at 50k miles.

E92 M3, you can easily find one with a 6 speed that ticks all your boxes.
