’I need snow tires’

>’I need snow tires’

What do you recommend for rwd cars in the winter then?

Skill

>look mom I memed again

why even ask? its an obvious b8 thread

>I need functioning brakes

>I need thread on my tires

>I need tires

>I need an engine

>I need an automatic transmission

>Hurr I can drive on snow with slicks, muh skill durr
I’ve lived in washington for all my life and laughed at idiots like you everyday on my commute. Thank you.

Well, you don't live where I do.

>I need a car

>go innasnow with my doggo
>carro is 2nd gen Volvo V70 T5 (fast wheel drive)
>25 inches of snow on the roadside
>traction control constantly on
>cruising like a snow sled
>suddenly see fog lights in the distance
>moving shadows slip through the red haze
>M3 cuck at full wheelspin at a 30 degree incline
>his buddies are trying to push the car
>I pass slowly and honk
>mfw

>I need tires

What is the end game with these? Just a headless person?

All-season
They work in all seasons dumb ass

Maybe in Tejas

>tfw ran nitto low profiles this winter

Easy

I need

I'd really like to see someone try a winter here on all-seasons, no matter what car they're mounted on

mfw file name

That's cool, just get out of our way when you're creeping down the road at 35mph

if i ever see you again BITFCH i'll fuckin kill you.

>Look at neighbor cars
>find them everywhere

>its an obvious b8 thread
b8s are really good in the winter. (as long as they have quattro)

>unironically needing all-seasons for snow driving
>Ever needing anything other than slicks

>need
SHALL

>I need a windsheild

And this is where?

>drive FWD
>never have traction problems
best on asphalt also best on snow

or just, you know, drive RWD but with the engine in the back

traction issues solved

I live in SoCal btw

You can't draw for shit

...

>be me
>buy new wrx
>it comes with summer tires
>try and drive it in the snow
>car just slides all over the place, can't get any traction whatsover, awd doesn't matter

you actually do need them user

>*sips monster*
>get cucked by snow F/RWD plebs

>he drives on year-rounds
if you cant afford a set of summers and a set of winters, you are clearly too poor to drive a car

No, I have an e39 with bald summer tires, and as long as you stay under 20mph, you can drive normally over ice, and light snow.

> As long as you stay under 2.0 km/h, you can drive normally over dry surfaces and light rain.
You either don't drive or the BMW doesn't start, you don't "control" it even in the summer with bald tires.

>20mph
This is not fast enough to get up 300m 5 degree hill covered in ice

no you don't

>Drive company truck
>Company is so fucking cheap that they dont install winter tires.
>Stuck with bald all seasons.
>Approach icy hill and start sliding down.
>full of weight so I slide even faster while fully locking right.
>rearend my co workers truck that slid down too with bald summer tires.

>crackhead tweaker that lost his license 30 years ago and hasn't driven since tells me "you applied the brakes too hard"
