Depends on who the solo meguca is, but you shouldn't in most cases. Solo PvP is a double edge sword. Sure you might be able to use Magia sooner, but at the same time you are being bullied to death. Also once you reach the point where everyone is max level it's impossible to win alone. So no you shouldn't dump all into one.
