Start filling your life slowly with other things. Go for a jog or a walk, cook up something that actually takes time, start reading a book. These are easy ones that don't really cost anything. If you find your time is just sucked away while playing then try to do these in the morning before you even turn on your computer.

The thing is there is actually stuff to do in game every day (roulettes etc.) but not for the massive amount of time you are trying to pour into it.

Sometimes slow pulls are nice if you've only ever done the dungeon once and have shit gear. I spent the entirety of my first time in Bardam's Mettle last night spamming Benefic II, Essential Dignity, Aspected Benefic, and Earthly Star on CD because things weren't dying fast enough even though I kept giving the DPS extended balances and arrows. It didn't help that the tank seemed as if he was made of paper.
