The damage was never the problem. It's the regen, no reloading, and being 20 seconds long, while having the same charge rate as before.

Orisa sees quit a bit more use. If your team focuses down her barrier (it still has less than half the HP of Rein's), she will be manageable. If they don't, she will be hellishly annoying.

Junkrat sees just a little bit more use. A lot more at the start, but less and less as comp teams bully the shitters who flock to him into switching, and as said shitters realize that just because Junkrat was buffed doesn't mean that their skill with him was buffed.
He is already very powerful in good hands, and this will only help that. Every 50 games or so, be prepared to run into a godlike Junkrat who kills at least half of your team every fight.

D.Va will see nearly-ubiquitous usage in all modes of play. She'll show up in at least 80% of all games that you play. She's just too good at pouncing on people and deleting them. But be prepared to have almost no protection, since one of your tanks isn't blocking shit.

Mercy is weird. Usage stays about the same until it starts trailing off. A bunch of shitter girl Mercy mains migrate over to Lucio, a bunch more just stay with Mercy but use her with a fraction of her new effectiveness, and a small, elite class of Mercy players come to terrorize their opponents.

Widow stays in about the same place in terms of usage, because you still have to actually be able to hit heads, but the people who play her enjoy it a bit more and are less shy about picking or instalocking her.

Roadhog sees a bit more use, at least enough to remind people that he's still pretty powerful.

There's a significant subset of them that want to accomplish things simply by existing near their teammates.
Even if they don't stick with Lucio in the long run, quite a few old Mercy mains will at least try him out.

widow will be everywhere, shes pretty much broken now and without dva matrix to shut down hitscan they basically have no answers
dva will be in 100% of games, unquestionably, shes completely insane right now
mercys already got a retarded pickrate, nothing about that will change, but certain healer comps will probably be better now that she has a decent group heal but its not like mercy players will be capable of utilizing it
junkrats still trash and the buff does almost nothing but make rollouts easier
orisas change was qol, her shield shape isnt why she isnt used and fixes nothing about her design flaws, shes still gonna see zero use outside of autistic "maining"

That applies to every hero in the game. The point is that every hero needs to be able to do one thing very well, which Hog doesn't still really do. Rein can shield, Zen can heal and DPS etc. Every hero is amazing if you want to put an amazing player on them, but in reality he still doesn't really do anything well. He won't be OHKOing anymore, it's very bad for his team for him to bodytank and his hooks interaction is unreliable/hooks cd is very long if it's supposed to be a displacer

It's a notable buff at the least (At least on the level of Widow's QoL), as he can aim his charge whilst the flanker doesn't know/ aim his shatter whilst everyone on the enemy team doesn't know.

Defenders inherently have spawn disadvantage(they have to walk farther) so by giving them some free push you trade for making their spawn walk time a bit longer. Besides that you can easily control the gas station and the cliffs from that position, giving you oppressive positioning(tracer would have to flank all the way around and behind the gas station to get to your healers).

I don't really have a "main". I have 2 or 4 characters I play more than the others ( Mercy, Lùcio, Reaper and Junkrat ).
