I personally would say no if the intent were to have that as a DD. The AC issue could require replacing all the lines as well as the compressor worst case scenario. Then there's the unknown electrical issue with the speedo on top of the power steering leak. That's a lot of work, time, and money that'll go into that car even if he only want's $850.

it looks like it'll need a new chain and sprocket soon but for a first bike you can't go wrong with a ninja 250.
It looks like it's been dropped (to be expected since it's a beginner bike) so make sure the front forks aren't bent or twisted. I can't tell not being there in person, but it looks like they might be.
