Is there a way to make your own apartments in this game or do I have to just take one of the premades in the city world and remodel it?
All of the vanilla apartments except for maybe two in the spice district are all terrible. And one of those two have a trait that breaks everything almost every night.

ZLOrigin is an origin emulator that lets you download/play shit as it's released without needing game cracks, but the program itself is a bit shady. It's probably safe but if you're more paranoid you may want to avoid it.
You can do non lethal stuff, like kicking the ever loving shit out of other sims until they're a bloody mess.
