He came to prominence in the middle of last year, when he got triggered by a Shizuku image being posted too frequently. Around the same time, he got mad about Ritsuko having an OP, and ended up spamming the thread with furry porn. Then he started getting mad about the OP, culminating in him demanding a whole bunch of random merchandise be added to the OP's Upcoming list, expecting it not to fit. When it DID actually fit, he then spent weeks bitching endlessly about it and demanding it be removed, even though he's the one who asked for it to be added!
Then came the bitching about the OP images, and his screaming matches around November, and now he's developed a full-on obsession about causing a war between CG and ML.
And I know for a fact that the guy is new. He didn't know about kuku's existence, even as he complained about ERP for months on end. He didn't know what Rinweek was. He thought our resident scanner was "chased here from the Love Live threads". He thought that we used to have week-long-threads on a regular basis, when we've literally never had a single one. He's a fucking newfag, mad that these threads wouldn't bend to his will.

Stop attributing all the years of various shitposting in these threads to him. He ain't anonP or Seedmanc. They're long gone. He's just the latest in line. And yeah, he's ravenous. But he's still just a shitposter. Just another one. And like all shitposters, you need to try and ignore him.
