Read the CCC event while you can, you'll never see it in NA now. Its voted the best event in the game, and is very plot heavy. It ties into the overall plot of the game big time, and they're still going to cut it.

Summary of what happened on the Panel and what we can gather from it:

(in Gilgamesh case this meant 4 days after, on this case we can either expect SOMETHING as soon as the Orion gacha ends, or a week afterwards)

-Aniplex wants North America to have access to the Gag Manga before releasing GudaGuda because they want NA players to understand the references since the event got a fuckton of manga references.
-The same goes for CCC, Aniplex is thinking how we will get the servants because they just don't want to release a event in NA if we don't have any familiarity with it's source material (on this case Fate/Extra CCC)

-This means Okita can very well be delayed
-Translating and releasing an entire manga on another country is not fast, GudaGuda can very well be released until next year
-No Okita = No paid gacha (since the 1rst paid gacha featured her, the same happened on China with Jack)
-IF we get Okita without GudaGuda this year, it could be with almost no prior announcement, keep your eyes open

-Translators mentioned that IF Aniplex decides to gives us events without prior source material released on the US, then it would be awkward for them to translate properly the events because Aniplex would ask them to change/create new dialogues to delete or explain the references that in theory we "would not get" because of no source material.
-They haven't found a solution yet that doesn't involved butchering translation just to avoid references or create OC shit
