Opinions on saving granblue from itself?

Step 1, Knock off or at least raise the fucking host cap on N/H/Omega magna raids per day
Step 2, Raise the monthly buy cap on shop/showdown SSR's and quadruple the monthly SR stock
Step 3, Add xeno shops for all the other elements so they can use the xeno shops to buy double per month.
Step 4, Make SR skill level points conserved past sr3 so you can take your SR grid to SL10 without wasting an entire SSR slvl7 of fodder
Step 5, Make skill levelups work like xp where weapons can gain multiple skill levelups points willing and partial levelups are retained
Step 6, Extend the vice-mvp chest to the top 50% of a raid's max capacity
Step 7, Slightly curve the low end of the drop rate curve so low placebo players have a slightly better chance of getting something for their autism grind without turning high placebo into a jackpot
Step 8, Permanent double prestige cap so you're able to progress faster on your main or maintain your opposite element

Increase drop rates probably by 50% for everything would be the most generous they could do. Sadly, stingy drop rate games do the best thanks to human nature.

Does it really matter if you're sparking? I'd go Crystals -> 10 draw tix -> 1 draw tix

I've been playing for 4-5 months and this is where I am with the help of a friend who's been playing this for much longer.
I'm almost Rank 75, but I feel like I'm WAY weaker than everyone else because my available characters are basically non-existent. I'm saving up my crystals and tickets for a spark because I have terrible luck, too.
What can I do here?
I left out of the pic that my estimated damage is just shy of 14,000 and my Class is Valkyrie.
I can get two more Claws when the month ticks over, and I have no idea what my PWR should be at for my rank.
I went for Dark first but I've gotten two Fire SSR chars by chance, and I have a fairly competent Fire Grid without having farmed any of it on purpose.

I'm always bothered by this picture because it's physically impossible for Danua's shirt to cover up her chest that way.

Either the arc should be lower and would cover up more of the underboob or the knot at the side should be a lot tighter

Get Eugen and make a meme team out of Eustace, Eugen and Okto. You already have all the good chars that are worth sparking desu and you shouldn't spark Diantha or Orchid bc you don't have any good summons

First of all, Mika > Cag
Second of all, everyone feels weak sub-101.
For level 75 your grid is probably around average progress. The enmity build is probably what's making you feel weak.
Lastly, you barely even need SSR until you get to 101 anyway so it's not like you missed out on much other than QoL like faster farming.
